EnerCorp deployed its total Sand Management Package for a West Texas producer.
This package includes our patented Dual Cyclonic Separator and Triple H Sand Filter. The collaboration between our field operations and R&D teams has produced a SMS product that was designed for more of a production environment, yet is working so efficiently that we're finding applications for our design during the initial flowback phase of completions. This phase of operations includes more aggressive choke schedules and harsher solids recovery yet our crews and equipment are handling it with ease.
This SMS Unit is capable of being used in line as early production facilities that E&P's can purchase to produce wells safely, efficiently and cost effectively. Our SMS package is handling 9200 BBL per day with 6400 MMSCF/D of Gas, and 2700 LB per day of sand.
Our equipment is available for rent or purchase, and EnerCorp personnel are available 24/7, ready to train and work with your operators. Our engineers and designers can custom manufacture unique concepts and turn them into new industry leading products.
